I assume if you still play Stardoll, you have downloaded the Stardoll Launcher.
since this update, you will have to manually find and click the contests instead of using links as before..
If you still use the website version, you can enter the contest HERE
You can either access the contest via main page or contests page 
To get the dress:
1)Find and go to the contest page of Carnival Quiz Contest 2021,
2)Tick any answers on the quiz
3)Click the Enter competition button
Dress should be delivered to your suite in a Starplaza bag 😊
